- John Rogers Burk, at John Rogers Burk, A Law Corporation, has been helping people plan their estates for over 30 years. He is also considered an expert timeshare attorney having practiced resort real estate law extensively. Roger graduated from two California universities, the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. “Roger” is a member of Wealth Counsel, the State Bar of California Real Property Law Section and Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section, and a member of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. Roger has practiced law in Northern California throughout his entire career and is an active member of the community by participating in the Rotary Club of Granite Bay, where he was President for the 2012-2013 year. Filming the game films for the Granite Bay High School Varsity Football team (18 seasons) has been a favorite activity. He is also on the Planned Giving Committee of the Sutter Roseville Medical Center Foundation (21 years). In the past he served on several Community Boards.
